Every little detail brought joy to my heart; I have never received any yarn packaged with such loving care.     I do not normally do reviews etc, but would like to compliment you on the beautifully wrapped parcel that arrived this morning. You correctly identified that there were 3 identical gifts in there, comprising several items. All were presented in a gift bag with tissue and even the invoice was in its own paper bag with a free gift. There was a sheet of tissue paper in the bottom of the box and no excess packaging. It was accurate, beautifully presented with no spillage of contents and wrapped in all recyclable paper. Even the box was sturdy and paper tape was used, not plastic.
    Well done for such an eco friendly, thoughtful service. I will definitely be recommending you to all the knitters I know.

    I got my order through yesterday, I was surprised at how fast the delivery was considering it was quite cheap! I ordered on Wednesday Evening and got it by Friday before 10am.

    It was like opening a present, so it made me feel really excited! The free present I got was a really sweet touch and opening all my items was so much fun.     I contacted KnitUK for advice on the gauge between the pegs on th plastic round looms. By return, I received an indepth explanation from Alci which I appreciated, and understood quite clearly. I then placed an order for a KnitUK-Round-Knitting-Loom -set-of-four.

    I ordered the set on the Friday, and it was delivered by Royal Mail at 9.00am on the Saturday. I was speachless.

    This is the first time I have used KnitUK, and it wont be my last. There service is second to none. I will not hesitate to recommend them to fellow craft friends in the future. Infact, I will recommend them to my group friends.

    KnitUK are without doubt the best online company i have ever bought from. I ordered on Monday afternoon and my parcel was delivered on Tuesday morning. The attention to detail in the packaging and the free extras were amazing. Not to mention how well packed my order was. If only every online retailer cared so much about their customers and provided such a great service.

    I have just replaced my old plastic looms with the jumbo set of long, round and S looms. The quality of these looms are superior to the other plastic looms i have used in the past, but the best thing is the extra pegs. It gives you many more options for projects.

    Just got the S-Loom today in the mail.I am super excited to start a new project. Received it within a week from U.K to U.S (Georgia). I would highly recommend that KnitUK to sell these on the U.S Amazon. It was by chance I happen to find the link to purchase the loom. We dont have a loom like this anywhere in the U.S.

    Thanks KnitUK, I ordered the 4 round loom set and got it in 5 working days. I didn't expect them to make it from the UK to Ohio, USA so soon. I've been loom knitting for ten yrs., and have quite a large collection of looms and I have to say that these are my favorite. I already have three projects going on three looms. I love the fact that you can change the gauge and the pegs stay in while you're working them, unlike one loom company in the US that I won't name.
    Thank you for the very lovely extra touches in the wrapping also for the gifts, in my experience no one does that. You guys are Great, I wonder if that's a British thing? ..... Yeah, probably.....

    I also want to commend you on the packaging. Normally when I order merchandise here, it comes in bubble wrap. Imagine my surprise when everything was so elegantly presented. I've worked in retail for several years and presentation is just as important as the product. Well done.

    I am thrilled with the new series loom assortment and bloom loom. I ordered them yesterday afternoon and they arrived here in north east scotland before 9.a.m.today. Thankyou for amazing service and free gift too! The looms look great quality. No trouble gently tapping all extra pegs in using the side of a rolling pin. Plenty of spare pegs too!
